I've been using this for a couple of weeks now and overall it's been pretty useful. It handles most of the tasks I bought it for efficiently and accurately. The interface is intuitive enough, although I did have to watch a few tutorial videos to fully grasp some of the more advanced features. There are a couple of minor bugs I've encountered – nothing major, but occasionally it gets a little confused or misses a step. I'd recommend it for its core functionality, but be prepared to work around a few small issues. Customer support has been responsive when I contacted them about one of the glitches. Hopefully future updates will iron out these kinks.
