- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- Prorated Refunds: After the initial 14-day period, refunds for subscription cancellations will be issued on a prorated basis for the unused portion of your subscription period, less any applicable fees.
- No Refunds for Partial Use: We do not offer refunds for partial use of a subscription period if you choose to cancel your subscription mid-cycle after the initial 14-day period.

3.1.2 One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of digital products:

- Defective Products: If a product is demonstrably defective or does not function as described, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
